At My Vistoria, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Policy
  • You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Returns must be initiated through our customer service team before shipping the item back.
  • If the return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return conditions.
2. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If the returned item does not pass inspection, we may deny the refund and send the item back at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping fees and the $10 return processing fee are non-refundable.
  • If your order was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds for returned items will only be issued once the return has been processed and approved.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us: info@myvistoria.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
  • If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Hygiene-related products such as undergarments, swimwear, and beauty products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or washing.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@myvistoria.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1 business days with instructions.
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive return shipping details.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
  5. Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 10 business days.
